When do you feel most productive?

For me it’s 5am to 8am , most serene and productive time of my day.
Brahma Muhurta is the quiet pre-dawn period, traditionally seen as the best time for meditation, study, and self-discipline.
Many people use it to build focus, mental calm, and a strong start to the day, which can support productivity and better habits.
Waking up during Brahma Muhurta can help you begin the day with a clear mind, fewer distractions, and more energy for meaningful work.
It is often linked with improved concentration, planning, creativity, and consistency, all of which can make life feel more organized and productive.
