Some of the Biggest challenges, i can foresee for myself and people around my age , i.e. in 60s.
Most of the people like me, in their 60s thrive and enjoy this stage of life.
However , being aware is important to remember that these are just general challenges, and individual experiences vary greatly.

- Staying Connected: Maintaining social connections and combating isolation can be important for mental and emotional well-being.

The challenges you mentioned in your post are real..no doubt! Health Declines and Social Changes – I regularly witness those challenges in my mom’s life!
