CALM Yourself

When life is getting tough, Calm yourself with following :

  • Go for a Walk : Walking besides nature side helps clear your mind. It will offer you a different perspective to look into issues.
  • Take a Day Off : Indulge into spending whole day doing exactly what you want.
  • Be Generous & Give : Act of giving make us feel warm and fuzzy inside.
  • Move Out : Sit in a coffee shop or busy street and observe your surrounding. You don’t have to talk to people necessarily.
  • Educate yourself : Arm yourself with knowledge and the resources to tackle the problems head-on.
  • Be Prepared : Write the day’s to-do list on the earlier day’s evening.
  • Know your Strengths : Write down a list of 20 of your strengths and be aware about them.
  • Keep going forward : Keep taking small steps, Being stagnant doesn’t serve you.
  • Re-visit an old hobby : If you don’t have one, create one.
  • Prioritize your work : Decide what’s important right now. Say no to extra obligations.
  • Good Sleep : Get enough rest. Sleep 7-9 hours each night.
  • Don’t shy to be Silly : Do something that you did as a child. Don’t take life too seriously.
  • Cry if you feel to : Release all that emotions. You will feel better.
  • Check your self-talk : Be Positive in self-talks, Negative self-talks does not serve you.
  • Write : Develop a habit of writing or journaling. This will help free your mind.
  • Life is a Journey : Remind yourself that life is a journey. Always remember that what you are going through is temporary. It shall pass.
