Self Cognition (आत्म अनुभुति)

Self Cognition ( आत्म अनुभुति ) :

  • To be aware and know that things around us are just means to live our life.
  • Leaving aside Anger & Grudges. (क्रोध और शिकायत)
  • Accept every situation with Ingenuity & Equanimity (समभाव और सरलता)
  • Realize that your are not actual Doer (कर्ता) , You are just Visualizer (द्रष्टा).
  • Attaining the state of Stable Mindset (स्थिर चित्त)
  • Get into stage of CONCIOUS Sleep.

Our Ego is generally associated with Outer Objects & Personalities. In this process, we do not have exact clarification about difference between Self & Others

We must understand that, we have rights only on ourself and not others… so it is must that I should bring changes in myself and not the world. The sense of being authority over others in the world brings Grudges in life.. !!

So what to do ?
Solution ( समाधान), in life can be achieved only when we stop nurturing our Bad Ego and bring Evenness (समता), Humility (विनम्रता),  Equanimity (समभाव) & Forgiveness (क्षमा) in every situation and all conditions of life within our soul.

      Thank You for appreciating !! Meditation is wonderful thing to Get into stage of CONCIOUS Sleep… best is that you don’t need to do anything.. even Meditation is a process of Doing Nothing !! and we can remain in Meditating status all day 24×7 & Consciously !!
