- GOOD HEALTH :
Taking care of your physical and mental health. This includes regular exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep, and managing stress.
- LEARNING & GROWING :
Continuous learning and growth. This includes reading, exploring new interests, and pursuing personal development.
- GIVING BACK :
Giving back to others. This could be through volunteering, donating to charity, or simply being kind and helpful to those around you.
Ultimately, living a good life is about finding a balance between these different elements and creating a life that aligns with your values and goals.


The last few lines in bold say it all .Its always about balance and choice.
