Taste of Childhood Food (1965-1975)

Daily writing prompt
Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?

The diversity of Mumbai meant children often shared tiffins with friends of different communities — Maharashtrian, Gujarati, South Indian, Parsi, Muslim, Christian — each with their own unique dishes.
