Have you ever tried to know whether you are worrying or contemplating, When you sit with a serious face?

It is very important to understand the difference between the two.

Worry makes our mind heavy and weak, while contemplation brings strength and clarity in us.

When we think about a problem again and again and are unable to find a solution, it becomes worry.

But when we look at the same problem with a calm mind and try to find a solution, it becomes contemplation.

What will happen tomorrow, what will people think about us – thinking like this is a useless worry.

Leave worry, adopt contemplation !
