To get the most out of your morning walk, you can try:

  • Walking for at least 30 minutes daily
  • Wearing comfortable clothes and shoes
  • Drinking a glass of water before your walk to hydrate your body
  • Taking water with you on your walk, especially in warm weather
  • Cooling down after a long fast walk with a few stretching exercises
