Good Habits for the day.

  • Make your bed.
  • Take an “Internal Shower” ; Drink Water.
  • Jump Rope for 2 minutes or Jumping Jack & Stretch Exercises.
  • Step Outside – Go for a walk.
  • Review your Goals. If possible write them.
  • Read a passage, be it religion, spiritual or philosophy.
  • Water a Plant.
  • Take a Cold Shower for 2 minutes.
  • Greet & meet people with Good Morning messages.
  • Hide your phone. Someone said “The best productivity app on your phone is called AIRPLANE Mode (use it).
  • Listen Music , its a powerful mood enhancer.
  • Drink water before meals.
  • Write down your To-Do List and set priorities.
  • End workday with a shutdown ritual. Separating your life and work is key.
  • Journal 1 beautiful life moment, write it / remember it.
  • Lay out clothes for tomorrow.
  • Pack Healthy Snacks.
  • Charge your phone outside of reach
  • Practice Pranayam , Yoga breathing & medication.
  • Give your mind an overnight task, but don’t try to solve it then.
