- End workday with a shutdown ritual. Separating your life and work is key.
- Journal 1 beautiful life moment, write it / remember it.
- Lay out clothes for tomorrow.
- Pack Healthy Snacks.
- Charge your phone outside of reach
- Practice Pranayam , Yoga breathing & medication.
- Give your mind an overnight task, but don’t try to solve it then.
