Overthinking !

Overthinking is the biggest cause of Unhappiness..

  1. Problem ? It’s rarely is a real problem.
    Mostly 99% problems are in our thoughts and only 1% is real…!!
  2. Fear of self-rejection.
    We think too much in fear of self-rejection.. go ahead & do the things which you feel are right for you.
    Let it get rejected by others… Be Positive !!
  3. Give Time
    Giving time to issues & resolve them peacefully ! Most of the time it works better.
  4. Analyze yourself
    Analyze the problem by asking questions to yourself, this will give you clear answer to move forward.
  5. Now & Today
    Do It Now if you are right !
    Don’t let your past overburden you and uncertainty of future stops you to do something, which is right today.
  6. Acceptance
    Peacefully accept what is wrong, accept what is un-doable, accept what is harmful…!!
  7. Be Aware
    Be aware of right & wrong ! Select best path to do.
    When are you know your good & bad for doing anything – you are more responsible and it helps !!
